  • Offers both free (limited) and paid subscription tiers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

Account Responsibilities

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. No refunds are provided after this period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You must not use ColdPlug to:

  • • Send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content
  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • • Impersonate any person or entity
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • • Use the service for any illegal or unethical purposes

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you input into our Service. By using ColdPlug, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations before use.

Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, text, images, and trademarks, remain with ColdPlug Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLDPLUG INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

11. General Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
